Dear Trevor,

Just a brief note to extend my thanks to you and the catering team for providing our Christmas Lunch. It proved to be a very successful event. Throughout the lunch we enjoyed a warm welcome, good food and friendly and efficient service from all involved. I would be grateful if you would pass my thanks to all those who played their part in making our lunch such an enjoyable occasion.

During the lunch we collected donations for the Stowmarket Food Bank which amounted to £160, which I have today dropped off at the Food Bank Centre.
