Dear Trevor,

I write to extend my thanks, on behalf of Don’s Diners, for the use the Clubhouse facilities on Saturday, 19th October, for Don’s Diners Annual Charity Fundraising Event.  Once again we had a successful evening, raising over £1400, which this year was presented to the local Citizens Advice Bureau.

That the evening was so successful was also due to the staff on duty. I therefore extend thanks to Chris and his team for the care and attention given, which ensured that everything went smoothly.  I also extend thanks to the kitchen staff under the guidance of Eric for the excellent meal provided.
