Dear Trevor,

Again we were delighted to have enjoyed another excellent Charity Evening at the Golf Club this year.  As always, the food, the services and the arrangements generally were excellent and many who came expressed their thanks to us for arranging this evening at the golf club – long may it continue!

Please pass on our thanks to all of the staff who looked after us on the evening.  Their help was really appreciated and was rewarded by us making a small presentation to everybody as an indication of our gratitude for the way we were looked after on the night.
